So, I've decided to join Weight Watchers again now that I have a more manageable schedule! And, I'm very motivated to lose all the stress weight I gained from my school Internship! So, I figure what better way than to post whether I lost or gained each week! So, I've added a column on the right-side of the page called "Keep me Honest" which will state how many pounds I lost or gained that week. I'm hoping that publishing this information will be motivation enough to keep it on the LOST side of things and not on the GAIN side (which is very typical for me)!
Let's hope 2009 is my year to gain back my skinniness!

I'm so excited to see your keep me honest has a loss of 1.8!! Good Job! I started going back to the gym last week, but I'm not ready to share much more then that at this point!
